That appreciation was reinforced by my mother, who spent more than 25 years building and operating her own residential cleaning business in New Jersey. Through her, I developed a firsthand understanding of the dedication, consistency, and trust required to care for someone else's home. I saw that the most successful client relationships were built not simply on exceptional cleaning, but on reliability, discretion, and a genuine commitment to doing things right.
My own professional path took me in a different direction. I earned a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and spent nearly two decades working in social services, including leadership and management positions. My career has centered on overseeing operations, developing systems, maintaining rigorous standards, and ensuring accountability in environments where professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.
While the industries may seem different, the principles are remarkably similar.
