What you share
The estimate form collects your contact details, property city and characteristics, requested cleaning services, scheduling preferences, message and consent to be contacted. Please do not include alarm codes, payment details or other sensitive information.
How it is used
White Birch uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss scope and availability, prepare an estimate and arrange service if you choose to proceed. Your inquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages.
How requests are delivered
When you submit the estimate form, its contents are sent to Formspree, our form-processing provider. Formspree stores submissions in our form dashboard and sends an email notification to inquiries@whitebirchestatecare.com. It may also process technical information such as IP addresses for service operation and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy. You can also email or call White Birch directly.
Technical information and cookies
The host may process standard request information such as IP addresses and browser details for operation and security. This website does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Locally hosted photographs and fonts do not require your browser to contact those asset providers.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries are retained in the Formspree dashboard according to our service plan and may be retained in the business inbox as needed for responding, arranging services and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
